1General Terms & Conditions

3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

3vip strictly enforces an 18+ policy. At registration or at any stage, 3vip may request the following documents to verify your identity, age, and address:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Any utility bill or bank statement from the last three months (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. 3vip stores all submitted information with the highest level of security and does not share it with third parties.

4Deposit Policy

The following rules apply to deposits on 3vip:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (may vary by method).
• All deposits must be made from your own account. Using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly, though delays may occur due to payment system issues.
• 3vip does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be delayed if identity verification is not completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be held for review.

3vip is fully committed to fast and reliable withdrawals. However, 3vip is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues or payment provider constraints.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

3vip offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier (typically 10x to 30x). Failure to meet this requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Time Limit: Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Once expired, the bonus and any associated balance will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. This will be noted on the bonus details page.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum bet of BDT 500 per wager is allowed when using bonus balance.
• Single Claim: Each bonus may be claimed once only.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3vip:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a forged ID or false information.
• Attempting bonus arbitrage or system exploitation.
• Using another person's payment method to conduct transactions.
• Attempting to make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software or code.
• Attempting to play using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8Account Suspension & Closure

3vip reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• In the Event of a Terms Violation
• Providing false information during identity verification
• Suspicious Financial Activity
• Death or legal incapacity of the account holder.
• At the direction of the regulatory authority

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

3vip believes gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly. 3vip provides the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from gaming for an extended period.

Continued use of 3vip after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you may request account closure.
